Our city has lots to offer, and we are in the perfect spot for all that is Royal Oak.

A quick 7 minute walk will get you right downtown, while we are far enough away to get a good night's sleep.

A quiet bungelow situated conveniently between Woodward and Main st, 2 blocks from the nearest park.

As a house, we keep it pretty clean, as chores are expected once a week. You will have access to all common areas of the house, and are expected to treat each housemate with respect.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.

We want to find a roommate that will fit our general lifestyle... someone who works and is friendly. While you don't have to be friends with us, generally we spend time socializing together in common areas of the house.

We like to to play and watch sports (though we prefer different activities).

We like art, we drink beer and wine, and generally leave the rowdiness at the bar before we go home.

Room can come furnished if you prefer for an additional 50 dollars a month.
