My name is Rhayla, I’m a twenty-five year old female (she/her), and I’m looking for a roommate to move in by June 1st!

I currently live in Rochester Hills, and I can send more information about the property if you’re interested. You would have a 1BD and the guest bathroom, full access to shared living space/kitchen.

I do have a dog, he’s a super friendly and very excitable golden retriever greyhound mix, but another dog or cat is welcome.

I work as a receptionist 12-9 and I’m usually at home when not working, but I love video games and cooking and going on hikes. I’m very clean, quiet and super chill and am looking for someone to match that.

(Cannabis friendly but please smoke on the patio.)

Rent: $850 a month.

Electric: Not Included, estimate $50-$100 per person a month depending on the season.

Water: Included.

WiFi: Included.

Lease length: 12months or close to that is preferred!

Parking: open lot parking, can speak with leasing office to get closed parking for $25 monthly fee.

Move-in costs: first month’s rent & security deposit ($500 refundable deposit.)

Lease will be signed through the leasing office!

Looking for: Someone around my age (early to mid 20’s preferably). Respectful, responsible, good with pets, LGBTQ+ friendly, open-minded, respectful.

Must be willing to meet first to see if we’re a good fit.
