I have a room available in my house in Ferndale and I'm looking for the right person to share the place with.

It's a smaller house in a residential neighborhood, so I'm looking for someone who wants an actual comfortable home rather than just a room to sleep in. I work in software/tech, keep a garden, have a home server setup, and spend a fair amount of time working on projects around the house. I also have a friendly Siberian Husky, so you would need to be comfortable living with a dog.

I'm looking for someone who's reasonably clean, responsible, communicative, and comfortable sharing common spaces.
