Available for rent is a massive, fully furnished 14ftx24ft bedroom featuring a king-size bed, side tables, armoire, and trunk. You'll have two large closets plus a private, en-suite bathroom ~10ftx6ft, with its own linen closet. For your comfort, the room also includes full blackout curtains and sheers, with all bedding and linens provided upon request.
About the house and shared spaces:
The rent includes full access to all common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and an in-house washer and dryer.
About your roommates:
You'll be sharing this home with two professional women who are also busy business owners. We're social but not heavy partiers and enjoy cooking and other creative activities. We're looking for a responsible, mature, and considerate housemate who values a clean and peaceful living environment.
Pet and parking details:
Existing Pets: We have two friendly dogs who live exclusively on the first floor and will not be in the rental areas.
Tenant Pets: Sorry, no additional house pets (e. g., other dogs or cats) are allowed. Small reptiles or personal (non-house) pets housed entirely within your room are welcome.
Parking: Street parking is available and never an issue in our neighborhood. For rare exceptions like heavy snow, our single-width driveway may be used with coordination.
