Spacious room in quiet neighborhood for rent

Room for month to month lodging in a nice quiet neighborhood. Home is owned by myself and my husband. It is a single family home, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath and has a basement with a washer and dryer. Room is private and furnished but bathrooms our shared. Includes central air and heat in the winter. Please understand absolutely no pets or kids!! We have a 5yr old female German shepherd already here that's enough. There's also a fenced in back yard to chill in. Only serious inquiries please. Must be clean and employed. Pictures included. For lodging rate is $800 a month. Room amenities include mini fridge, microwave, 50in HD TV and more...No cigarettes in the house, my husband is allergic. There's a $150 deposit and a $50 non refundable cleaning fee. We are clean living people and are looking for the same
