ASAP- Searching for Someone to Rent a Room

My name is Pam. I am a 57 Year old Woman , and Unfortunately , My Husband, Passed Away last February .

I Live in Temperance, MI, and I am Searching for Someone to Rent Out My Partially Finished Basement.

I do Have 2 Boys , ages 12 and 13 Years Old.
I also Have 1 Other Roommate (Female)Who Rents out a Room Upstairs.

I am Currently Trying to Supplement my Income.

The Contract would be on a Month to Month Basis.

You will have Access to The Kitchen and there is a Laundromat Near By.

NOTE: I AM LOOKING FOR PREFERABLY A MALE ROOMMATE.

Someone Who:

-Would be able to Pass a Background Check.

-Has their Own Transportation.

- Is Employed

- Is Respectful to Myself and My Boys.

- I do have Cats, so you Must Not be Allergic to Cats.

The Rent is $500.00/ Month

However, I would like someone to Help out with the Boys, will explain further once you Contact Me. ( Very Minimum Responsibilities).

I am Sorry to have to Include this, but because of Past Experiences, I Need to say that I am NOT Looking for Someone to be Intimate with .

Note: I am in the Process of Getting the Basement Ready to Rent.
