Move In ASAP

I would prefer a female roommate but don’t mind a male roommate. The $700 per month for rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. I’m open to couples but it’s only the one room so the couple would be sharing it and the rates would go down to $500 per person. Upon moving in, I require a $400 non-refundable deposit. You could wait until the first of the month to move in, or move in early and I’ll prorate the extra days. To clarify, the total cost for a single person to move in would initially be $1,100.00 to include deposit and first months rent, the total cost for a couple to move in would initially be $1,400.00, single deposit fee and first months rent. In a pinch I can work with you as far as payment. I can’t afford this apartment alone, the base rent is $1,200.00 for a 2 br unit in this complex, with utilities $1,350.00. The DTE for electric heating and Xfinity for Wi-Fi are separate costs that I will continue to pay.
