Room Available For Rent

I kinda live downstairs now, leaving the upstairs empty as pictured for a long time. I only need to rent out one room, I need a dependable roommate who can pay on time. I hate late fees. There is that 2nd room upstairs, so if you have a kid, that's negotiable I guess if your kid is cool. If you are single, two new roommates is ok if we can all meet and decide if we might all get along! So maybe this is a perfect place for a well employed person who is tired of paying 1200+ a month for stupid rent... the cost to live here is considerably less than that, and negotiable... The view out the windows upstairs is Lake St Clair. The back of the house faces Jefferson Ave. Any stuff pictured in the rooms will be removed so you will have all drawers and closets empty for your needs. No matter how I rent it, the whole upstairs is available. That's 2 rooms and a full bathroom up there. It is possible to make a 3rd room in the basement. For example, if it's just you renting then you can bounce back and forth between the two rooms to sleep in for all I care, all good. I don't use those rooms anymore. One room is a king size hotel mattress, you could have a party in that bed, the other room is slightly more firm, albeit a smaller size queen. Any and all furnishings, including the beds, can be replaced to a steady paying roommates needs. Thanks!
