House in a quiet area about 5 minutes from downtown Lapeer. Around 30 minutes to Flint and about an hour to Detroit.

You’d have two private bedrooms and your own bathroom (located between the rooms), so it feels like your own section of the house. Each room has its own closet, and the setup works well if you want a separate space for sleeping and something like an office, gaming setup, or extra storage. I’ve been using one as an office and the other as a guest room.

Shared areas include the kitchen and living room. I keep things clean and pretty low-key.

One garage parking spot (I use the other)
Heat + window A/C units
Utilities included (normal use)

Rooms are unfurnished, but I may have some flexibility depending on what you need.

House vibe / expectations:

It’s a quiet house, not a party environment.

I keep the place clean and expect the same, clean up after yourself, don’t leave messes in shared spaces, and help out with things like trash when needed.

About me:

It’s just me living here. I’m pretty laid back and keep to myself for the most part. I work during the week and like to come home to a quiet, low-stress environment.

I’m more on the introverted side, so I’m not into parties or a lot of noise. I do game sometimes and might be up later here and there, but overall things stay pretty calm.

I keep the house clean and organized.

I’ve got 4 cats, so you’d need to be comfortable around them, they’ll be around the shared spaces.
