Looking to rent out basement area.

When you come in through the door it’s down the stairs and to the left to get to the big open area. To the right is the laundry room. There is a bedroom connected to the living room area with a second bedroom attached via open doorway. In the back corner room is the furnace and water heater. Basement is yours more or less I’ll just have to come down a few times a week for laundry. One bathroom and it’s upstairs. I have 2 dogs both very nice and a cat who can be a little grumpy. I live by myself have had previous roommates who have stayed for varying times. The first girl was here for close to 5 years and the second man was 4 or so months. Hoping to find something longer term. There is parking on the street. I’m a quiet guy who works 3rd shift so I sleep during the day. I’ve very quiet and out of the way, staying in my room basically anytime I’m home unless I’m cooking or going to the bathroom. The move in date is approximate I’m not 100% sure when the current person is moving out but I’m hoping to get my feelers out and hopefully meet a fellow quiet person to come and stay!
