Furnishings include queen bed, lounge chair, large desk/chair (updated since photos), dresser and a buffet for food prep or more storage. The space also includes all utilities (water, gas, electric), trash, onsite parking, laundry access and grill/use of yard. The kitchenette includes fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, air fryer and coffee pot. The bathroom has a kitchen type sink with storage for food prep/washing dishes. Home is located in a quiet and safe neighorhood with walking trails and wooded/wildlife views while also walking distance to restaurants and shops, farmers market, bus line and more. Located near E Fulton and Plymouth NE. No pets or smoking. We are looking for a mature and clean adult with good references and employment history.
