Professional in his 30s looking for a roommate by April; a 1 year lease (The lease goes month-to-month after 12months). Open to 6+months short term Lease. I’d prefer someone around my same age, latter 20s-early 40s.

2 Bedrooms, A Den/Office/Guest-Room, 1 Bath House. Central Air, 2 Car Driveway, Laundry, Fenced-In Side Yard with a Shed, & a Beautifully Cultivated Garden. Near Plainfield and Leonard.

Rent is $1,500 ($750 each) Bills are about $160 each in Summer and about $250+ each in the Winter (126 yo House). The deposit is additionally $750, so $1,500 due the first month.

Cats are welcome, I do have a feline friend myself.

I work for the State in Workforce Development, have a passion for cooking, love crafts & projects, and spend much of my time in the warmer months gardening.

I rent through Lease This Place LLC, if we move forward the landlord will have you fill out an application with a $25 fee for a Criminal Background Check & Credit Report (he is mainly concerned with prior evictions & felonies). Must have a reliable sources income (fulltime job, multiple parttime jobs, SSDI, etc.).
