Looking for one roommate

I am looking for one roommate that would have access to the whole upstairs that has three bedrooms to the upstairs but only accessible to use two. There is closet space in a middle hallway to that upstairs for your clothing and other items that you would put in there. It is a four bedroom one bath house located across the street from Comstock Park high school. I have absolute amazing neighbors. I do have one red nose pitbull named rebel that is an absolute baby, and by no means as ever mean to anyone. I have a small five month old flame Siamese kitten that is a big baby and loves to be loved on. There is one bathroom that would have to be shared. The kitchen has all brand new appliances washer and dryer in the basement are brand new. There is ample amount of space in the basement if you had to store items in the basement as well you could store items in the third room upstairs where I have Halloween items stored, or I can move the Halloween stuff downstairs and you can store your stuff in the third bedroom if you choose. I am very laid-back. I work five days a week 7 to 430/5 every day and work the weekends doing deliveries. You would have a huge backyard with a bonfire that’s located close to the woods that are behind the house. There is definitely enough room for parking. I do not drink 29 years sober. I do smoke cigarettes and I am 420 friendly. I am 50 years old. I’m very respectful and very selfless. I’m looking for a roommate that I can trust and I don’t have to babysit my home if I was to leave out of town. I want somebody I can trust and that is respectful, which I would hope that you would want the same thing. The house is completely furnished already sectional couch, 85 inch TV in the living room. Internet, electric, gas, water, trash are all included in the $1100 a month. The only thing you have to take care of is your own food as well cosmetics. I am willing to share all of my household items with somebody that can respect them as far as the living room sitting the dining room table just everything you would find normal in a house. It would be nice to find somebody that doesn’t drink as well because I absolutely do not want any partying in my home and I would like to have somebody that is interested to be 40 and over. I don’t care if you’re female or your male. No pets allowed because I don’t wanna affect what I have with my two loving fur babies. I would prefer no children, but if you have one child, then I would be OK with it being a single parent, I would completely understand. Obviously, I’d love to meet you and your child beforehand. You do have your own privacy upstairs. There is a door that shuts at the top of the stairs as well. You would have your own window AC unit. So I do hope to hear from somebody and find somebody to take over the upstairs to my house. Have a very blessed rest of your day.
