About a twenty five minute drive to downtown Kalamazoo and downtown Battle Creek. Our favorite restaurants nearby are Ned's on Gull Lake (ten minute drive), the Dock at Bayview (five minutes), and Chicken House (five minutes).
Renter criteria: Must make x the required rent, minimum credit score, and background check will be conducted. Pets are negotiable. Leaf raking and mowing will be conducted by the tenant, or the landlord can conduct at additional cost.
