Looking for a roommate for a second-floor apartment with its own private entrance. The available bedroom is about 9' x 10' with a window and enough space for a full or queen bed plus a dresser or desk. The apartment has a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

Rent is $400/month plus 1/3 of the electric bill and $30/month for trash.


Since the apartment is on the second floor, we can offer assistance to move in.
A few things about the place: • Private 9' x 10' bedroom • Second-floor apartment with separate entrance • Shared kitchen with full-size appliances • Shared living room (no TV yet, but planning to get one) • Shared bathroom with a walk-in shower • Extra storage space available in a closet off the living room • End table and vanity available if you want them • Room will be emptied and cleaned before move-in • LGBTQ+ friendly • @20 and other smoking is okay outside or by agreement, but no cigarettes • Pets can be discussed

Looking for someone who pays rent on time, and helps keep the shared spaces reasonably clean. We're both trans, so we're hoping to find someone who's chill and LGBTQ+ friendly.
