Hello I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Hannah Lofts & Townhomes for the summer from 5/3/2026 to 7/31/2026. One room & bath in a 4B/4.5B, all other roommates (Males).
Original price per month is $975 + utilities
Sublease price $400/month + utilities (Negotiable)
Super close to campus (13 Minute walk to Hubbard Hall or About a 3-minute drive)
Personal bathroom and a personal closet
Comes with desk, bed and a drawer
