Looking for a quiet, respectful person who would enjoy having plenty of space and the comfort of a real home.

Two upstairs bedrooms are available, and you’ll also have access to the shared areas of the home, including the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and other common spaces.

This is a lived-in home, not an apartment or rooming house, so I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, and interested in a peaceful place to live.

The renter that lives on the first floor is quiet, friendly, and mostly keeps to herself. She uses the shared kitchen, bathroom and living room, but otherwise you’ll have plenty of privacy and space.
