Master bedroom for rent in duplex

About me and house:
1- I am a private and quiet person and would like the same from my roommates.
2- The only thing I would really emphasize on is that I have pet cats and they are house cats and this is their home too. They do not go out and are clean and vaccinated. I would prefer someone who is comfortable with that.
3-If you are a student and willing to share the room with your friend, I would allow that but there will be adjustments to the rent.
4- internet is available.
5- house has alarm and security system
6- references will be required and confirmed.
7- please be mindful of cleanliness.
8- no smoking on premises.
9-Laundry allowed once every week.
10- Utility Bills to be discussed
