Highland Bonus Room

I live alone with my dog Daisy. The rental space is the bonus room over my garage. It is a large space. You would have to use the stairs for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. It can be furnished or unfurnished. Heat, electricity, wifi; kitchen, guest bathroom and laundry room use. Patio, screened room, and fire pit patio also available. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! No excessive marijuana (none in the building) or alcohol use. Well mannered dog and/or indoor cat is/are welcome. Would want to meet dog. I feed birds so no outside cats. The house is located on a small pond in a quiet neighborhood. No drama, no parties, no long term guests. The house is located in a very rural setting: 25 miles to a grocery store, 17 miles for gas. Near Sugarloaf Ski area, Flagstaff Lake, Hut and Trials, 35 miles to Farmington or Skowhegan. Near the Bigelow Mountain range. I am a private person who gets up and goes to bed early; we would have to establish quiet times. I am also a social person who often has visitors.
