Roommate Wanted to Help Care for My Two Dogs:)

TLDR; i’m in school, very busy girl, looking for a girly without pets to help out with my dogs. rent can be flexible depending on responsibilities your willing to take on.

first and foremost i have two very affection dogs that love all the attention. they are definitely more comfortable with women which is why i’m looking primarily for a female roommate. my current roommate got engaged!! so she’s moving out to start a new chapter of her life :)

unfortunately one of my dogs is reactive to other dogs and cats so no additional pets that aren’t confined to a tank/enclosure to keep everyone safe :) (i’d ideally like to discuss any pets)

the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom. the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry room are shared spaces. in the kitchen we have a dishwasher, electric stove, air fryer, and kitchen aid. i have lots of other kitchen equipment as well. the room you’d have had a queen sized mattress and box spring as well as a decent sized closet.

i am a very tidy person, i’m looking for a roommate who is also tidy. rent can be talked about depending on how much your able to contribute when it comes to your time (helping with the dogs and cleaning responsibilities).

i’m currently in paramedic school so i have to be out of the house frequently to get my clinical hours done. i work 24-36 hour shifts on top of school because life is expensive lol.
