Room for rent in Old Town, Maine, student welcome

Hi, my landlady, Michelle, would like to rent a beautiful room to a student or professional. The room is in a gorgeous, modern house in Old Town, very close to campus and is available for $700 a month. There are two large windows with an amazing view of the garden. The room can be viewed any day between 4 PM and 9 PM. Here is her message:

“I am renting out a room in a modern beautiful house, with a shared bathroom, kitchen and common living room and dining room. I accept a month to month lease, but prefer a lease that is as long as possible. There is a parking spot, and a washer and dryer are on the second floor.

My house is very close to the University of Maine Orono campus. It is just a 2.8 mile drive to campus. But you do need a vehicle. The rent is $700 plus a month’s deposit with high-speed Wi-Fi and other costs included except heating in the winter. Heating is only charged in the winter season, which is 5 months long.

The room is furnished with a bed that has a very good mattress, a study desk, a chair, and a wardrobe. It is ready for you to move in immediately.

A student or professional or anyone who works in Old Town, Bangor or another nearby town is welcome. Single occupancy. Male or female.
