4 bedroom home. Close to everything downtown. Nice floor plan, some lands for planting, and great neighbors/neighborhood. We are also remodeling and have even upgraded windows so the house isn’t chilly in the winter! Further, there’s an extra dresser in the living room, empty and ready for extra storage during your stay!

We’re almost a full house now and celebrate our lives all the time. So we entertain guests, love company, and have get togethers for enjoying life and creating! We’re a hip and up to date household so youthful and fun. Looking for some lively roomies.

We make gardens, art, come up with ideas via fun convos and enjoy each other’s company! Our house has one room we rent like Airbnb and part time residents. We’ve had several part time residents now and they helped decided the cost of rent as well, so youre getting what you pay for.

$75 a night or weekly rates available. $200 a week. $750 is the monthly rate and helping with household cleanliness. We keep up with messes and expect others ro follow through on that like us. Further, we do smoke weed but utilize gadgets to keep the place smoke free. We enjoy diffusers, incense, homemade fragrance sprays, etc. So feel free to enjoy creating, helping, or keeping a garden or pots around the premises or indoors!
