House share in Rockport Maine entire finished walkout basement of private home. Six years old. On 12 wooded acres. Serene and private but close to all major roots. 10 minutes to major box stores., Windows, built in furniture. Just need a queen mattress and a few pieces. Gardens, small farm.
Share the home with 56 year-old male homeowner and two friendly dogs I also have farm animals. All utilities included. Including Internet . Male or female welcome to apply. Looking for a single person, no couples or families. No pets, no smoking, no drugs, looking for someone who’s clean, quiet, easy-going. Finding the right fit for personality and schedule, demeanor, etc., is important.
No overnight guests or parties.
Private bath is upstairs and kitchen area is shared. Laundry facility in kitchen. Side entrance for the downstairs is in the main house.
Looking for good references/rental history. Month-to-month lease. First last and $500 security required.
