Looking for a roommate! 2 bed near the smcc campus

my roommate is moving out and I’m on the search for a new one! It’s a two bedroom one bath with a fairly sized kitchen and living room that has a small balcony! There is a couple chairs and a table but I’m definitely interested in changing the decor! The bedroom is fairly sized with their own closet, we both had queen beds and you can set up the rooms anyway and there’s still a good amount of floor space! There’s also a small closet outside of the rooms that we would share if you have anything you didn’t want to keep in your room! I do have a small dog name toad so preferably no other animals. Your half of rent would be $1,200 which includes heat and water, we pay for internet through spectrum and electric though cmp most of the time his half was around $80-$90 a month combined. We are just less than a mile from Willard beach and less than a mile to hannaford Ms in mill creek! There is space for parking in the parking lot if you have a car. Im lookimg for sowmome to move in either march or april. A little about me my name is Kennedy I’m 20 I work at a dog daycare I’m really only home during the mornings and nights, I rarely have people over but am definitely welcome to company ! I like to skateboard/longboard and basically anything outdoors is my passion, but I still love to game I have a few consoles and a gaming laptop if that’s your thing!
