I’m located across from a wildlife preservation, with a pond that borders the back end of the property. If you love nature, this is a great spot. It’s really close to SoPo and Scarborough both, while also just being 15 minutes away from Higgins Beach. Parking/W.+D./Water Access/Internet/Personal bathroom/Bills included. I bought this house back in 2019 shortly after my husband passed. I’m pretty chill, exceptionally 420 friendly, and have a dog and a cat, Calypso and Zira. Current roommate is out 9/1 looking to have someone in place before then
