Hey neighbors! I’m looking to rent out my second bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment in Deering Center, right off Woodfords Street!
A little about the place:
🐱 I have 2 cats and a dog, so you must love animals!
🏠 It’s a third-floor apartment in a 3-unit building owned by my parents, who also live on-site.
💰 Rent is $700/month plus utilities. Between Wi-Fi and electric, utilities usually run around $200 total in cheaper months and have gone up to about $450 in more expensive months. (This is total for the month. We would each pay half)
🚗 There’s off-street parking, and during winter storms, we use the driveway when we can’t park on the street.
Sadly there is no washer or dryer in the apartment. But there is a laundry mat within walking distance down the street.
The apartment is older and doesn’t have all the newest updates, but it’s honestly such a cute and cozy place! It has a nice, sunny kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room, and a decent-sized bathroom with a stall shower. I’ve lived here for almost five years, so most of my stuff is already here, but I’m happy to make some room for you to bring your own things and make it feel like home! 🪴
A little about me — I mostly keep to myself and enjoy a quiet home. I also don’t drink, and I’m in my first year of recovery, which is really important to me. ❤️ So I’m looking for someone who respects that. No partiers, please!
