I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease in a quiet, clean, and respectful shared apartment.

Apartment environment:
• Very quiet household. The current roommates work and generally have early schedules, so the apartment is usually peaceful, especially in the evenings.
• Clean and well-maintained. We have a shared cleaning rotation to keep the common areas comfortable for everyone.
• Non-smoking household.
• No pets, please, due to the existing household
• Utilities are not included in the rent and would be paid separately.

The available room would be a good fit for someone who appreciates a peaceful, clean, and considerate shared living environment and is comfortable following the household arrangements.
