Beautiful bright apartment on the West End

Very sunny 4th floor apartment on the west end. Blocks away from downtown with street parking. Very spacious with everything one may need to be comfortable and cozy. I’m a 35 man that works full time and is very respectful of my roommate’s space and needs. At home I enjoys cooking, hanging at home and watching tv. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful even while being blocks away from the center of the city. The apartment comes with a dishwasher, ice maker and even washing machines and dumpster room in the basement of the building. I’m looking for someone that is searching for a quiet and calm space to rest their head.
