Bedroom in quiet neighborhood home

Location is everything in this quiet Falmouth home with off street parking and laundry on site. Located off route 1, one mile from the public beach and less than 2 miles from all Falmouth amenities including 295 & 495. The airport & bus station are within a 15 minute drive. All bedrooms have locks with keys for privacy and common spaces are shared. Looking to rent out 1 bedroom which has a very large step in closet. It’s off the backside of the house at the far end of the kitchen with its own entry door. I supply TP and cleaning supplies (except your laundry detergent). Another couple in their twenties rents the downstairs. I currently stay at my boyfriend’s. This house has great water pressure for showers. One indoor cat lives here. Month to month, stay as long or short as you like.
