Right on main st in auburn. Walking distance to grocery store and downtown shops. On street parking. Back yard with fire pit. Also the river is behind us with some nice walking trails and community ongoings.
I own the house and have one roommate right now. We are both in our 30s sober (*20 ok) and each own a little dog. There are three floors and two bathrooms, laundry in basement. The open room is on the second floor.
