The home has fields on multiple sides, with many windows facing fields, grazing horses, or overlooking the pool. The home has a spacious great room for relaxing, socializing and watching movies on the TV. It also has a separate formal dining room area and kitchen area. Four bedrooms and the living space are on the first floor of this home. 3 bedrooms and 1 bonus room are on the second floor. The master bathroom is huge with beautiful tile work and a separate shower and bath space. The home also has a relaxing outdoor space with option for the tenant to service and use the above ground pool. There is also a deck/gazebo. All renters pass an application with background check. Utilities are not included in the rent. They average around $100 per person per month. Lease term is flexible.
