This lake front property has gorgeous views year-round. You can see the swans that visit in the winter, herons, hawks, and many other birds. There are plenty of spaces to sit comfortably outside and enjoy the view of the water, the hot tub, or the firepit. There is no smoking inside the house. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, new double oven with air frying capabilities, stove top, crock pot, pressure cooker, sous-vide, toaster oven, Ninja blender, and everything else you could need if you enjoy cooking. There is a sunroom, dining room, living room with pellet stove, 2.5 bathrooms, upstairs laundry, two zones for heating and AC, and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The house is set back from the street and is very quiet. A cleaning team comes every other week to clean the common areas and bathrooms. There are two units available. One has a full size bed and two large closets. The other is larger with a queen size bed and large closet. Both are furnished and have a TV with Firestick, high speed internet, and two sets of bedding. There is a spare fridge and deep freezer in the garage, so plenty of space for fire storage.

I teach at a nearby elementary school and have two friendly dogs.
