This ideal and convenient location is perfect for military members, traveling nurses, government contractors, remote workers, corporate professionals, and college students. It is located 5 minutes from the NAS Patuxent River Naval Base and 15 minutes from the prestigious St. Mary's College of Maryland. It is also located within close proximity of a plethora of shopping centers, gyms, and restaurants. Another amazing treat...if you love city life, during your leisure moments you are only 1.5 hours away from some of the East Coast's major cities, such as Washington, D. C., Annapolis & Baltimore (Maryland), and Fairfax, Alexandria & Arlington (Virginia), etc.

I am looking for clean, respectful, and mature tenants who live drama-free, peaceful lives. I desire tenants who do not drink alcohol, vape, smoke, or do illegal/legal recreational drugs of any kind.

REQUIREMENTS:

- First month's rent & security deposit equaling 1 month's rent are due @ signing of lease

MONTHLY RENT FOR BASEMENT BEDROOM (the photo shows the bed with the teal comforter): $1,250 (NOTE: Basement bedroom has two closets, a half bathroom, a mini refrigerator, and a private patio deck with a fenced-in backyard.)

MONTHLY RENT FOR BEDROOM #2 (the photo shows the bed with the blue and white striped comforter): $1,000

MONTHLY RENT FOR BEDROOM #3 (the photo shows the bed with the white and gray comforter): $1,000

The following security features and utilities are included in the monthly rent: home alarm system, natural gas (for heating, cooking, & hot water), electricity, water/sewer, trash pickup service, and high-speed Internet. Tenants must provide their own TV streaming device (e. g., Amazon Fire Stick, Roku, etc.). The community pool and clubhouse are available for use for an extra fee.

SHARED COMMON AREAS:
- 1st Level: Washer & Dryer Use
- 2nd Level: Kitchen / Dining / Living Room areas, and outside balcony
- Bathrooms (Shared): 1 full bath in 3rd Level Hallway and 1 half bath on 2nd Level. (NOTE: Only the basement bedroom has a private half bath.)
