I’m looking for a female roommate for a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Hyattsville. The room is furnished and comes with a private bathroom, and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so there’s a lot of privacy. Rent is $1500/month and the lease goes until November 19. The building has great amenities including a gym, pool, in-unit laundry, study rooms, a balcony, and direct access to the metro.
