5 Bedroom home, currently occupied by empty nesters. Only interested in renting out one room for now to one person. Were located In a good neighborhood in the cul-de-sac. Seeking a well rounded professional that works and is responsible. Unfortunately, No couples, No kids. No pets. Currently the room is a studio style Kitchenette style room meaning we provide a mini fridge and microwave with no access to the kitchen. Similar to a hotel room. It has a private bathroom and laundry room. Were asking $200 for utilities. Free parking. We will be working on building a kitchen in the near future in the basement,. If the basement room is chosen you will be able to use the current basement patio entry and exit. We will be also working on an additional entry exit door in the basement that is closer to the room for more privacy.
