Proximity to metro is great for D. C. commuters. The ideal tenant is friendly & easygoing. Community vibes are what we're going for here. There are three current occupants, all males in their 20’s and 30’s. Off-road parking available. Naylor Road Metro is only a 3 minute drive away, or a 6 minute bike ride (and there’s also a bus nearby). Only 12 minutes on the metro to reach The Wharf DC, or 15 to L’Enfant Plaza.
