Spacious and very cozy room. Unique in central area 4 metro stops from Columbia Heights DC where all is walking distance, take all buses and metro station scheduled to open soon. Cheapest stores in the DMV area at walking distance. Cheap and not dangerous (immigrant hood) working families. However the house is mostly students. Unique with laundry in unit and internet included. (others dont offer these) All services included, water, gas, electricity. Only cats allowed although there are no cats now. Enjoy great friendly roommates. Walking distance to all buses, metro bus, groceries, cheapest stores in the DMV area. Save save save! In a few months there will be a metro stop connecting to DC and University of Maryland, only 3 blocks away. No smokers please. Email me for more pictures or to schedule a visit.
