Large sunny bedroom available, fully furnished with mini fridge and television. Room has a large closet for clothes and some storage.. All utilities and wifi included. Netflix, Hulu, Disney and YouTube TV included. First floor is shared space: living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Large kitchen has dishwasher and gas range. Beautiful back yard with fish pond and front porch with swing. Seeking a housemate that respects quiet time at night. The landlord is the owner of the home and the other housemate is her 22 year old son. We both work during the day and enjoy watching TV at night in the living room. We are easy going and are open to as much interaction as you want and will respect your privacy if you wish to keep to yourself.
We have had two other experiences with housemates.. The first was a young man that stayed for 18 months. The second was a family of 5 that left us in August. They lived with us for two years.
