Housemate sought for furnished, (bed, dresser) 140 sq ft bedroom in clean, quiet, non-smoking (inside) group house. You'll share a full bath with one part-time housemate and share a kitchen, dining/living rooms and front porch with three housemates, including the part-time guy (two middle-aged professional guys and a 20-something female grad student) plus a dog. Dogs or cats welcome as long as they get along with our dog. Laundry room in basement. Plenty of on-street parking. Half mile to bus lines into DC, one mile to Metro into DC (Greenline), 1/2 mile to three different groceries and arts designated Mt Rainier center.
