Seeking roomie help one another

As we all know times are hard.

I just ended a govt contract with DoD and I am a mom/ college student. I, also own a small business in the works… Seeking a roommate 6 months ..600 month everything included.

One room to self (comes with dresser / bookshelf/ and new VeraWangtwin size bed) shared bathroom and all other areas. Very OCD! My partner & I are in our 30s and work / college and children (16,13,9). Have our own areas!! We are quiet, minding our business &taking care of business type of folks. I hope you don’t mind kids - they will be in living room (and do not mind them made the living room feel like a lounge area. It’s very comfortable and Homey here and peaceful.. Most of the time you hear them playing video games or either doing their homework or elsewhere. ) I hope you don’t mind Children as it takes a village to raise Children.. But, it also takes a village sometimes to keep up with life in itself or any bills, etc. so I am opening my home up to one room if we all could accommodate cleanup after ourselves ‘, pay on time communication is key and just be peaceful and Live 😊 ! looking for a tenant for about 6mnths or so.’ (DO NOT MIND THE TOYS THEYLL BE MOVED)
