An entire wall provides built-in closet and storage space, and the finished attic can be used as a workshop, creative space, extra room, or additional storage.

The home includes shared kitchen and living areas, driveway parking, central air and heat, WiFi, laundry, yard, patio, and deck. The room is available immediately for $1,400 per month, plus one-third of shared utilities, typically about $150-$250 per month. The security deposit is one month's rent. No resident pets at move-in; visiting guests may bring a pet.

The $1,400 rent is priced for single occupancy. Additional occupants may be considered when combined with rental of the separate middle section of the home; inquire for availability, terms, and pricing.
