Room with good light and view of green area. Quiet safe neighborhood, very nice neighbors. Close to lake, pool, parks, very close to supermarket, movie theater and a few restaurants. Public transportation right outside(buses). Metro about 7 min by car.
Street parking right outside, or share driveway if car is small enough. Couples ok but we'd have to negotiate costs. Pets ok if charming. I prefer vegetarian, but occasionally eat meat.
