This is for a shared space with me, the property owner. It's a gorgeous 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in a great, centralized location. You would be renting two of the rooms (12'x17' and 12'x10') and you would have your own bathroom. You would need to complete an application and be ok in a shared living situation. Basement is rented separately. We do laundry on Sundays. I'm a teacher with a busy schedule, and would love to have someone respectful and calm to share the space with. See below for more details:
