Housemate for spare room(s) wanted

Hi! My partner and I are looking for someone to live in one of the spare rooms in this beautiful home. There is a full apartment in the walk-out basement (living area, room with walk in closet, full kitchen, washer dryer, full bathroom), and a room on the ground floor with full bath. In either case, you would be welcome to share the living space of the house and yards.

I have been in DC since 2013, except I lived in France from 2022 to 2024. My partner has spent the last couple years traveling around the world, but is now settled in the DMV! We both are pretty vibrant people, embracing values of mind, body, and spirit.

We are hoping to find friendly like minded someone(s) to share the beautiful space and find community with. Keeping the baying hound of The Bank at bay is an added plus. We haven't been living here long, so there is def still space furnishings-wise-- so, a new housemate definitely won't feel their isn't space for them!

The neighborhood is lovely, the home is adorable and walking distance to the Cheverly metro (0.6 miles). L'enfant Plaza is a 15 minute ride, Metro Center about 20.
