I am the current tenant on a long-term lease, but I don't use the main bedroom or the third smaller bedroom, which is perfect for a home office, craft room, or private hangout space. This is a large single-family home in Cheverly. I'd love to share it with a clean, respectful individual with good communication skills.

Both rooms have ceiling fans, large closets, wood floors, and drapes installed on the windows. The rest is up to your imagination.

The rest of the house has three bathrooms, one full and two 1/2 baths, a kitchen, a living room, a sitting room, a sunroom, a dining room with a gaming table that easily fits eight, a giant backyard, and a garage for storage.

There is a partially finished basement, my private space, that has been converted into a home office and recording studio. Laundry facilities are located here, and access is unrestricted.

The two rooms come together as a unit and cannot be rented separately.

Your lease will be handled through a legal amendment to my lease with my landlord. A background check and other validating documents will be required by my landlord before a lease is offered.

I am willing to set up tours for serious inquiries only. While I am a straight CIS white male, this is a LGBTQIA+ friendly household, as is the neighborhood.

I would love a 20 -30-year-old geek/nerd/TTRPGamer, student, or anime lover to consider this opportunity. I do have an elderly Labrador retriever who is likely looking at his last summer, but absolutely loves everyone he meets and is not obnoxious.

As far as utilities go, they are all in my name, and I’d be willing to pay for the internet in full and 2/3 of the monthly gas, water, and electricity.

I am allergic to cats, but dogs and other furry friends are welcome. Unfortunately, pitbull breeds are not legal in Prince George's County or the City of Maryland (I used to be a pittie owner, and I know they get a bad rap).
