We’ve got one room available for rent $550 deposit. $550 per month. Pay in advance. Refund available if you decide to not stay. Deducted by amount of days. No lease. No contract. Background check required. No kitchen. No parking. No smoking. No pets. No overnight guest. No laundry. What are you renting? Just one room with a shared bathroom. Entrance is through side door of home. Location is the basement of our home.
Parking- not available in our driveway but you may park upfront by the church. No kitchen but you may get an air fryer from Amazon if you need to cook. No mini fridge but you may get one from craiglist. No laundry but you may use the one that’s 3 blocks from here that uses 25 cent quartes. No wifi but you may pay $50 extra for use and agree to not use for any illegal activities. How many tenants are in the basement? One male African American 29 year old tenant is currently residing in our smaller room, each door has separate keys for privacy . Tenant must be clean person with good hygiene. If you feel that you may be a good fit, email, call or text. We may provide you with a video of the room. Refund policy: You are always paying one month in advance. Meaning if you decide to move out, the price per month divided by number of days stayed will take to effect to ensure you get refunded appropriately. Cash or cashapp only. Place is available to tour.
