We are looking for a new housemate to join this spacious and comfortable home in Brentwood, MD, half mile from DC. First floor bedroom with a private bathroom; room is available furnished or unfurnished. Monthly rent $700 includes gas, electric, water and internet. Lease length of 9 months or longer. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
