Rental is an independent upstairs suite with a private bathroom, available furnished or unfurnished. Approximately 300 sq ft. Monthly rent $1000 includes gas, electric, water and internet. Lease length of 9 months or longer. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent.

In the house, the shared first floor features living room, dining room, large kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave) and laundry. Hardwood floors in the living room and dining room; carpeted floors in the bedrooms. Central air conditioning. Large back yard and front porch for outdoor activities, dedicated driveway for shared parking. This rental property includes on-site Level 2 Electric Vehicle (EV) charger accessible from the driveway.

We are located approximately 0.5 mile from the Washington DC border, with easy access to DC city center, College Park and other areas in Maryland. The area is well connected with bus service. The nearest metro stops are West Hyattsville (yellow/green line) and Brookland–CUA (red line).

Pet-friendly property. Cats and dogs are welcome. Maximum of two pets, combined weight limit of 55 lbs for all animals. Maximum of one dog, up to 40 lbs fully grown. Subject to owner approval and signed pet addendum.
