If you’re a mature lady looking for a room in a clean, safe, quiet home and you’re neat, tidy, no loud music, no house parties, no cigarettes smokers, no cannabis smokers, no pets, no couples, and no overnight guests (especially no men or lovers) and knows how to share space with other tenant’s, then you might be the right tenant.

This is a three level furnished townhouse with three bedrooms (full sized beds) upstairs on the top level. The tenant will share the main floor and the top floor with two other tenants which includes 1 1/2 bath, living room, kitchen, breakfast area, washer/dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and deck.

The townhouse is located near Allen Pond in Bowie with two assigned parking spaces, but additional parking is nearby. The rent includes utilities, internet with streaming channels.

There’s a bus that will take you to the Bowie Park and Ride (Rt. 50/Rt. 301). The bus goes to the New Carrolton Metro Train Station or to Bowie State University and Marc Train Station.

The MARC Penn Line train from Bowie, MD, travels between Baltimore's Penn Station (with stops that includes BWI Airport)
and Union Station in Washington, D. C., (with stops that include New Carrollton Metro/Amtrak Train Station).

Near by shopping includes Bowie Town Center, Macy, Walmart, Target, Safeway, BJs, T. J. Maxx, At Home, Lowes, and Home Depot and many more.

Allen Pond Park - 85-acre multi-use park with an ice skating arena, skateboard park, amphitheater, lighted basketball court, 10-acre stocked fishing pond with boat rentals, jogging/biking and fitness trail, volleyball area, picnic sites with grills, ballfields, playground.

The room is available immediately with a one month rent deposit, first month rent, $40 background check, and employment paycheck stub verification, for a month to month lease.

This house currently has two mature tenants. One tenant upstairs on the top floor and another tenant in the basement apartment (which has its own bathroom, kitchen).
