Located about few blocks from the Spring Metro Station (red line) and few minutes walk to Downtown Silver Spring - with shops, dining and movies. Very convenient location if you commute to DC, Bethesda , College park or other places in the DMV

Rent will be $850, we pay electric and internet (about $70 each of us).

Me: Easy going professional male, 40's, works full time in downtown DC for a government contractor.

You: Keep the place clean, easy-going, non-smoker, and willing to share household cleaning duties.
